Shipping Options
At emót, we offer free shipping for all orders within the United States. We use standard shipping methods and aim to deliver your order within 7-10 business days. If you need your order sooner, we also offer express shipping options for an additional fee. Contact us for more information about our shipping options.
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to love your emót. clothing as much as we do. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer free returns within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team and we will provide further instructions. We currently do not offer exchanges at this time. The only exceptions that are made to this policy is if the product is received damaged or there is a manufacturing error.
